In order to streamline order processing, reduce delivery refusals, and maintain product availability, we have implemented a clear and transparent Advance Payment Policy. This policy applies to specific order types as outlined below.
🔹 1. Advance on Orders Above Rs. 4,000
For all orders with a total value exceeding Rs. 4,000, the following terms apply:
- A mandatory advance payment of Rs. 500 must be paid in advance.
- The remaining balance will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon successful delivery.
- Orders above Rs. 4,000 will not be processed without the advance payment.
This step is taken to prevent fraudulent orders and ensure prompt and reliable delivery service for high-value purchases.
🔹 2. Customized or Personalized Products
For products that are custom-made, engraved, personalized, or specifically tailored for the customer, the following terms apply:
- A 100% advance payment is required at the time of order.
- These items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable due to their custom nature.
- The order will only be processed after confirmation of full advance payment.
Custom items are made strictly on request and cannot be resold. Therefore, full payment is essential to begin production.
🔹 3. Accepted Payment Methods
Advance payments can be made through any of the following verified channels:
- Bank Transfer (Account details will be provided at checkout or through WhatsApp/email)
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
Once payment is completed, kindly share your payment slip or transaction ID with our support team for order verification.
🔹 4. Why We Require Advance Payments
This policy is in place to:
- Avoid fake or unverified orders.
- Prevent return-to-origin (RTO) cases.
- Prioritize genuine buyers and ensure smooth logistics.
- Reduce overall delivery costs and maintain service quality.
